The pouch folds open to reveal the three little applicators provided and are stored in a little pocket, and the big pocket itself for the eye palette.
Above: the Burberry complete eye palette compact itself. Beautifully packaged in a gunmetal finish with the Burberry iconic check on the lid. It has a sleek, yet very secure magnetic closure.

The three mini applicators provided include a blending brush with natural bristles, a very good quality sponge applicator and an eye liner brush. All good enough to use if you're so inclined whilst out and about or travelling and can't be bothered carrying normal-sized brushes.
Colours, Pigmentation & Texture
#1 Medium, matte, dusty rose pink. Excellent pigmentation. Ultra fine, soft, smooth texture that I've come to expect from Burberry eye shadows. :) This can be worn as a liner, or all over the eye lid for something different, or just in the crease and a little above the crease to show a hint of colour. FYI, I've tried it all over the lid and it doesn't make me look ill or make my eyes look red surprisingly as with other pink shades. Instead it looks quite modern and I rather like it! A unique shade that will work equally well on many different skin tones. See examples of how it looks on different Burberry models (e.g., Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn) here. This is definitely the star shade of the palette.
#2 Soft, rose taupe with a silver sheen finish. This has decent pigmentation that gives a little bit of a soft definition appropriate for day wear. Lovely on the eye lid on its own, or in the outer corner if I wear #1 on the lid. The pair go really well and gives a very soft, romantic effect.
#3 Pale pink with a silver frost finish. A lovely, pretty, soft, eye-brightening wash of colour - great on its own for day, or layered with other shades.
#4 Pale, pink-toned beige with a silver frost finish. I prefer to wear this just in the inner corner of the eyes (tear duct area) to highlight.
When applied and blended out with a brush, there's minimal difference between #3 and #4. My favourite shades are #1 and #2 as I don't have anything like them in my collection and go beautifully together.
Overall, they all have excellent colour pay-off - consistent with most of the Burberry Sheer Eye Shadows (note, not "sheer" at all despite the name!) if you are familiar with them.
Note, I have played with the #1 shade quite a bit, like adding more depth using the Burberry Sheer Eye Shadow in 'Taupe Brown' and 'Midnight Brown', etc. But, I just found it provided too much contrast and was too "harsh" and muddy, thereby taking away the intent of the palette, which is to give an overall soft, romantic effect. In the end, I still much preferred the pairing of the #1 and #2 shades, because both are in keeping with the soft, "English rose" theme and they both have the same pretty rose tones. So, contrary to my initial belief that there should have been a darker shade in there as with "traditional" eye shadow palettes, I don't think it would have worked.
My only wish would be that one of #3 or #4 to have a matte finish - I think that would have worked beautifully and I would use this as a base or to highlight the brow bone. Otherwise, I fail to see the justification for having both in very similar colour when applied and in the same frosty finish.
Application
They all apply very easily and blend effortlessly. There's a bit of powder fall-out, so it's best to apply eye shadows first before any base makeup. For packing on colour, I find it best to use a clean finger and gently dabbing the product on, or a flat, dense, natural natural hair brush (e.g., MAC 239 shader brush), or dabbing with the provided sponge applicator. As the powder textures are very soft, I find it best to use a soft natural hair blending brush to blend out the edges without diffusing too much colour. If you find that in the end you want to add more colour intensity of say the #1 shade, just dab another layer of it on top with a clean finger where you need it.
Longevity
I wore the eye shadows for 7 hours straight without a primer and didn't notice any fading or creasing! (Note, I have normal skin condition on the lids - neither oily or dry).
Swatches
All swatches were applied on tanned, olive skin and all photos were photographed indoors using a strobe.
Comparison Swatches
I compared it to some eye shadows in my collection that I thought were similar. However, I did not find an exact match for any of the four shades in the Burberry Complete Eye Palette.

Overall
I'm pleased with the unique colours in the palette with my only wish that one of the lightest shades to have a matte finish. The wear time is incredible. I love how soft the colours are and despite the boldness of the matte rose pink shade which is the star of the palette - it is incredibly wearable for day! Unlike some other pink-toned eye shadows, surprisingly, this palette does not make my eyes appear irritated or red, nor does it make me look unwell. Instead, it is beautiful and I will definitely be using this quite a bit this summer. Heck, probably even through 'til autumn coz rose-toned hues have that warm, autumnal vibe to it, too. And, the pink keeps it all fresh. Altogether, very cool, different and the soft finish keeps it true to the Burberry Beauty image and perfect for achieving that English rose look that somehow works incredibly well across multiple skin tones! I urge you to try it for yourself even if you don't usually go for such shades...while you still can!
Hope this was helpful!
