Kristen Stewart – Hair Goes Orange

Media is all a buzz about the fact that Kristen Stewart has gone orange, so what is really going on? Well its not as extreme as it sounds, she is getting ready to shoot a new movie 'American Ultra' with Uma Thurman and Jesse Eisenburg. All it takes is one photo for the rumors to fly, but no, she is not doing crazy things or on the verge of a breakdown. It is simply that a photo of the orange haired actress was posted to the Instagram account of Maison de Cheveux, a hair salon that is quite famous in New Orleans. Most recently the salon teamed up with Fashion Week in New Orleans to raise money for the SPCA by doing the hair and makeup of 7 of the models, both male and female. The makeup-less Kristen Stewart is shown flashing the peace sign (below) sporting her new orange tresses.

Although the color is just temporary, it has everyone talking and what better way to promote an upcoming movie than with a little twitter/instagram chatter. Best known for her role in the Twilight saga, Kristen Stewart has had her ups and downs with then co-star Robert Pattinson, and her infamous tryst with a married man, and if moving on means dying your hair orange, well, why not? Drastic hair change is nothing new to Stewart, she dyed her hair black and cut it into a mullet to play Joan Jett in 'The Runaways' with Dakota Fanning back in 2010, and promises to one day go bald, just because she has always wanted to. In this same interview of hers, done in January of this year, along with the promise to go bald before she dies, she also stated that while bald she would get a tattoo on her hairless head. Ouch! She has even thought this through enough to know that the bottom part of her head is where the ink should go, as to what the ink will be, well that is still up in the air. Who but Kristen Stewart could pull off going out with orange hair, so maybe she really could pull off the bald look, and add to that a tattoo and this would be an instant media frenzy, and one that her fans will definitely be watching for.

Stewart will turn 29 on the 9th of this month and rumors are flying about a reunion between her and former co-star Pattinson, but aren't they always? It seems the American public is infatuated with this couple and whether they actually get together this coming week in LA or not, rumors will surround Pattinson and Stewart whenever they end up in the same city together. They certainly did make a stunning couple, and add to that the chemistry that they had on the set of Twilight, and itjust might make them the two people their fans want to see back together the most. Even though the couple have not been seen together since October of last year, the public seems to think that they are a match made in heaven and are determined to make them soul mates, if even just for a moment in the tabloids. Whether Kristen Stewart has blond, black or orange hair, it just goes to show you that her popularity with fans is still there, and not just a rumor.
